You look after your skin. Your body. The way you start the morning. Somewhere at the end of that list is the shirt you'll put on tomorrow — and it deserves the same care.
Most laundry doesn't give it that. We set out to fix that. But not the way you'd expect.

LAUNDAIRE came out of a chemical process engineering lab — the kind of place that takes something everyone accepts and asks why it still works that way. The thing we couldn't leave alone was laundry. It hasn't meaningfully changed in over a century. We still clean clothes by tumbling them against each other — using friction to lift dirt, and wearing the fabric down a little more every time. To an engineer, that was a fundamental problem.

So we started redesigning it.
Instead of forcing fabric against itself, our approach passes the cleaning through the fibres — lifting the day away while leaving the weave intact, right down to the molecular level. Two patents came out of it, and both are now granted. The machine itself is still in development, but the principle behind it — clean thoroughly, preserve your favourite garments — is already here.

A gentler way to wash needed a formula to match, and conventional detergents weren't built for it. So we created our own with the same precision an engineer brings to everything: enzyme-free, low-pH, tough on what the day leaves behind, and kind to the fibres you'd hate to lose. That was the part we didn't plan. We set out to redesign the way we wash, and a whole new formula is what came out along the way — designed for our new method, but built to work in the ordinary machine you already own.
